5. Facebook Pixel

With your permission, our website utilizes the Conversion Tracking Pixel service from Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). This tool allows us to follow the actions of users after they are redirected to a provider’s website by clicking on a Facebook advertisement. We are thus able to record the efficacy of Facebook advertisement for statistical and market research purposes. The collected data remain anonymous. This means that we cannot see the personal data of any individual user. However, the collected data are saved and processed by Facebook. Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA “(“Google”). On our behalf, Google collects certain user and usage information in order to evaluate the use of the website (e.g. frequency of page views, entry and exit pages, click paths, time spent on individual pages, etc.).  7. Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking

This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).

As part of Google AdWords, we use the so-called conversion tracking. When you click on an ad served by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is set. Cookies are small text files that the Internet browser stores on the user’s computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for the personal identification of the users. On our website we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag a service provided by LinkedIn Inc., Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Irland, USA (“LinkedIn”).

LinkedIn is certified under the E.U.-U.S. Privacy Shield and we concluded a data processing agreement with LinkedIn covering the processing of user data on our behalf.

The LinkedIn Insight Tag is a piece of lightweight JavaScript code that we have added to our websites to enable in-depth campaign reporting and to help us unlock valuable insights about our website visitors. We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to track conversions, retarget website visitors, and unlock additional insights about members interacting with our LinkedIn adverts. The LinkedIn Insight Tag enables the collection of metadata such as IP address information, timestamp, and events such as page views. All data is encrypted. The LinkedIn browser cookie is stored in a visitor’s browser until they delete the cookie or the cookie expires.

Our website uses Hubspot a Marketing Automation Tool provided by Hubspot Inc., 25 First Street, 2nd Floor, Cambridge, MA 02141 USA. 

On the one hand, the personal data, which you provide, for example, when using our contact form or registering for our newsletter, are stored and processed on the servers of our software partner HubSpot.

On our website, we use the Conversion Tracking and Tailored Audience Service of Twitter Inc. (1355 Market Street #900, San Francisco, California 94103, “Twitter”). Tailored Audiences is a tool of Twitter, used to target existing users and customers to create remarketing campaigns. Targeting activity can include directly reaching out to users to the website and campaign pages and/or retargeting previous customer lists. Twitter sets a minimum size limit for a tailored audience to 500 users. If the tailored audience does not match the 500 Twitter users, it will display as “audience too small” and will not be available for targeting. Based on your consent, the personal data arising in this context will be stored in our system for answering your inquiry and contacting you with additional information on our products upon your revocation of your consent. If you only provide your email address, we will only contact you via email. If you also provide your telephone number, we may choose also to contact you via telephone. The data will be deleted upon you request or withdrawal of your consent or, if statutory retention obligations are applicable, its processing will be restricted, unless any further processing is covered by a legal basis.

 15. Downloading Content (“Content Gate”) 

On our website we offer the possibility to download content, such as videos, ebooks, presentations etc. Before downloading any content you have to register for our Resource Center by providing your name, company, job title, email address and optional comments through a registration form. This information is stored on the servers of our software partner HubSpot together with the information on which content you downloaded from our site, the country, region and city you are browsing from (via your IP address). Once you have registered, a cookie is set by our website to identify you in future sessions so that you won’t have to register again. Please note that you will be asked to register again, if this cookie is removed.  

Above information is stored in our CRM for an unlimited time and we use the information based on your prior consent to contact you to provide you with information on Targomo’s products.  

The processing of your personal data when registering to our Resource Center and downloading content from our website is based on your consent (Legal Basis Art. 6 (1) s. 1 lit. (a) GDPR.) Of course, registering to our Resource Center and downloading content from our website is voluntary and you can freely decide whether or not you like to do so and to submit personal data to us.
